Hi, I’m Jone' Lucas, Founder and CEO of Empire Connect Agency—a virtual call center connecting everyday people to legitimate work-from-home opportunities.

I started my journey as a call center agent and worked my way into training and leadership. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed—and inspired me to create a platform that helps others do the same.

Empire Connect Agency was built to give people the opportunity to earn from home, create flexibility, and take control of their income.

Outside of business, I’m a wife, a proud mom of four, and a grandma to two amazing grandkids. I understand the importance of balancing work and life—and that’s exactly why I’m passionate about helping others find opportunities that fit their lifestyle.
