Welcome! I’m Jone' Lucas, the proud Founder and CEO of Empire Connect Agency, LLC—a dynamic virtual call center dedicated to delivering exceptional customer support through a nationwide team of skilled remote agents.
What sets us apart? We blend professional excellence with the flexibility today’s businesses and workforce truly need.
My journey began on the front lines as a call center agent. From there, I advanced into training and leadership roles, gaining firsthand insight into every layer of the industry.
That experience sparked my vision: to build a remote work platform that empowers agents while offering clients high-quality, customized service solutions. Empire Connect is the realization of that dream—a place where performance, professionalism, and people all come first.
Beyond the business, I’m a devoted wife, proud mom of four, and a joyful grandma to two wonderful grandkids. Family is everything to me, and I understand the challenge of balancing ambition with life’s daily demands. It’s that same understanding that fuels my passion for helping others find success without sacrificing what matters most.
