Responsibilites

  • Responding to general customer inquiries

  • Describing booking options clearly

  • Explaining billing processes and payment options

  • Accepting and processing requests for informational materials

  • Researching and resolving customer complaints

  • Clarifying billing questions

  • Transferring calls to client customer service when necessary

  • Performing additional services as mutually agreed upon with the client

Skills & Qualifications

  • Successful agents for this program typically demonstrate:

  • Fluent written and verbal English

  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities

  • Sales aptitude, multitasking skills, quick note-taking, and geographic knowledge

  • Patience, empathy, and ability to manage stress under pressure

  • Strong written and verbal communication

  • Friendly, knowledgeable, and eloquent customer service

Remote Pay & Hours

Starting pay: $12.50 per hour

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST

  • Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST

  • Client requests agents to work at least 20 hours per week, including 5 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
