Responding to general customer inquiries

Explaining billing processes and payment options

Accepting and processing requests for informational materials

Researching and resolving customer complaints

Clarifying billing questions

Transferring calls to client customer service when necessary

Performing additional services as mutually agreed upon with the client

Successful agents for this program typically demonstrate:

Remote Pay & Hours
Starting pay: $12.50 per hour

Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST

Saturday–Sunday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST

Client requests agents to work at least 20 hours per week, including 5 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday
