Pledge Drive Support

Responsibilities 

​

  • Taking inbound pledge drive calls for nonprofit organizations

  • Processing donations and payments (no cold calling or sales)

  • Delivering professional and courteous support to all callers

  • Accurately documenting calls and resolutions

  • Completing required follow-ups and call notes

  • Working within a 24/7 operational environment

Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidates have:

  • At least 6 months of call center or phone-based customer service experience

  • Typing speed of 40 WPM or higher

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to complete certification within 10 days or less

Remote Pay Structure

​

This is a performance-based, per-talk-minute role.

  • Starting pay: $0.20 per talk minute

  • Increases up to: $0.35 per talk minute based on productivity

  • Average earnings: Approximately $15 per hour

  • Higher call volume results in higher earnings
