What to Expect As An Agent

 

• Taking pledge drive calls for various non-profit organizations

• No donation solicitation, you will process the payments via incoming calls

• Provide consistent, high-quality support to all callers

• Document all calls, detailed resolution, and follow-up to actions 

• 24/7 Schedule Availability

 


Capabilities of Top Performing Agents for this Program



• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related

• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher

• Must be self-directed and self-motivated

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong listening skills   

• Able to complete certification within 10 days or less   

 


**Must be able to pass a background check
**Must be able to pass a video recorded voice demo (practice demo is required)
**Attention detail is a required
**The ability to complete all steps effectively and professionally


 

 


Equipment Requirements


*No Chromebooks or Mac systems are capable

PC Requirements:
Dual-core 2.8 GHz or better or Intel " i " class or AMD Phenom X2 class or better.
64 GB total Hard Drive or higher. 
4 GB of RAM or better
USB VoIP Headset.
Windows 11
Hard-wired connection (no wireless) Minimum 10 Mbps download / Minimum 3 Mbps upload

Currently Recruiting for the upcoming drive which begins one of the months listed:

March, June, August, October, November, and December.

Most agents remain active after initial start

Client requests agents service 20 hours per month, 5 hours Sat and/or Sun

​

Starting Pay: $0.25 per talk minute (Increased based on performance)

(Average $15 per hour)

 

The job pays $0.25 per talk minute which increases to $0.33 per talk minute based on your productivity. 

 

Average pay is about $15 per hour (this is a per-talk-minute client), the higher the call volume, the more you are paid 😎 .

We serve a client base that includes commercial, consumer, and government sectors, specializing in nonprofit operations servicing donation and customer service contracts for public broadcasting stations, child welfare, veteran, spiritual, and animal advocacy organizations.
