Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

Ability to explain payment and transaction information clearly and professionally

High attention to detail when handling sensitive financial data

Comfort navigating multiple systems while assisting customers

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Remote Pay Structure & Hours

Starting Pay: $14.50-$17.40 per hour* Max Programs earn the highest revenue*
