  • Follow security and compliance protocols when handling sensitive financial information

  • Meet program performance standards for quality, accuracy, and call handling

  • Troubleshoot declined or failed debit transactions

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills

  • Ability to explain payment and transaction information clearly and professionally

  • High attention to detail when handling sensitive financial data

  • Comfort navigating multiple systems while assisting customers

  • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred

Remote Pay Structure & Hours

  • Starting Pay: $14.50-$17.40 per hour* Max Programs earn the highest revenue*
