Responsibilities

Dining & Entertainment Reservations

You will handle calls from guests seeking to:

  • Book dining reservations

  • Reserve children’s activities

  • Secure tickets for Cirque du Soleil performances and other entertainment offerings

  • Booking lodging accommodations

  • Purchasing park tickets

This position requires accuracy, efficiency, and a guest-first mindset.

Skills & Qualifications

Ideal candidates have:

  • At least 6 months of call center or phone-based customer service experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to complete certification while on camera

Compensation

Compensation is based on assignment type:

  • Dining Support: Starting at $10.00 per hour

  • Reservations Support: Starting at $12.00 per hour

Rates may increase based on performance, tenure, and client needs.
